I'm after a cheap projector for a project and have narrowed it down to these few and any opinions would be great thanks. It will mainy be used for the xbox.

Can't comment on the ones you have listed, but often considered as a very good budget projector is the Optoma GT7000, which is the same as the Optoma HD65 & HD700X.

Well i wouldnt be buying a second hand projector as bulbs cost a fortune for them (more than the unit prob)
Check lumens output (more the better), bulb life and cost, inputs and noise

I wouldn't be put off by a second hand Optoma (any of the ones I mentioned above). You'd get one with low hours for around £350, maybe less.

Granted, lamps are costly, but at around £100 for the Optoma's, they are still a fair bit cheaper than the actual unit.

InFocus X9 is another budget favourite.

The new BenQ W600 is getting some good reviews also.

A proper screen will make a difference too and you don't have to spend too much if you're happy with a manual screen.

If you were looking to buy 2nd hand I'd check out the classifieds section on AV Forums. Hopefully you won't end up with a lemon then :)
