anybody got a consult cable/sofware

having problems with the car (s14a) won't start and don't know why (see thread in s14 section for details) but basically the check light flashes constantly, done the self diagnostic and it ust keeps flashing, car turns over but doesn't fire :annoyed:
just wondering if someone has a consult cable and the sofware on a loptop that they fancy bringing over :D

Sounds like an immobiliser problem to me. Have you recently swapped ECUs or jump started the car?

no but i did have all the fuses out, one-by-one, on sunday and found it wouldn't start when i went to start after doing this. was worried it might be an immobiliser prob, does it need to go to nissan or can any auto electrician sort it out, so they can come to me :p

right, been on the phone this afternoon, thankfully my break down cover includes home start so i'm going to get them to come in the morning, they can plug their little cable in, if nothing comes up (or it says something about the immobiliser) then i've already booked into nissan so i'll get the recovery bloke to give me a tow there, so fingers crosses i might have a working car by tomorrow lunch time :D

either that or i'll at least know what the problem is :wack:
