Guys, yesterday car was driving fine and everything! Came to go to work this morning, Car unlocked fine with fob(Toad alarm) and switched on ignition and nothing. My initial thought was dead battery but my alarm worked and the indicators flash as they would. I then heard a noise from the engine bay so popped the bonnet and had a closer listen. One of the relays in the fuse box next to the inlet plenum was making a noise and vibrating. Didnt have time to do a bigger inspection, and I ordered another relay from Nissan. Any ideas guys? it was the big green middle relay!

low voltage can make relays bounce, check your battery is charging first. this weather kills them.

Carta im gonna hi jack your thread:wave:

Mine has kinda done the same thing... The car lives in my lock up and after a week it wouldnt start. First time it kinda "went" "bu bu Bu" like it was trying to start and failing... then nothing just turning over and getting worse as the battery was dying so I thought "roll down hill and bump" done that and it done the same thing..."bu bu bu" but not firing. Then we tried to bump it off my bro's car with leads, nothing...

So after more attempts the battery seemed totally died so I towed it back to the lockup and pulled the battery to give it an overnight charge. I put it in this morning and the battery was turning over the engine like a trooper....but still not firing...:wack::confused:

Fuel Pressure is good so I am assuming its a sparking issue.

Any ideas?

Mine is fixed, my car chewed through the loom under the arch and cut through all the wires. Relocated and all fine! Rubix mine did that and it was the injectors wernt firing so I wired them through a relay onto the battery and it works!
