Its getting to that time of year and how about a SE meet/thrash, the only prob is I haven't got their timetable. :)

thought it wassomething like www.northwealdstrip.co.ukl, you could try searching under light aircraft airfields, or the sunday/bankholiday market they have there.

btw it's a cool idea, and only 40 miles from me....

Paul,

Drag Racing at North Weald is no more, apparently a new safety official stopped it. However the guy that used to organise it (Tony Huck) is attempting to overcome the safety issues and put on two events in August. This info came from freinds who along with myself have been racing there for many years. There doesn't seem to be an official line on what's happening. If you find out anything I would be grateful if you let me know as I like to race there and it's my 'home track'
