How do I go about doing it?

Got a my old N95 I want to replace my work phone with but its locked to Voda and work use O2, do I have to get Voda to do it or can any phone shop do it? :annoyed:

Any place that unlocks phones can do it for you

If you've finished your contract, ring Vodafone, they can unlock it remotely for about a tenner.
