I found this ages ago.
It calculates HP and 1/4 mile times
You need the BHP and 1/4 mile time and weight.
Not the most accurate thing but not off that badly

I put some cars that ran at the Pod on Saturday through that calculator, and I would take it with a hell of a lot more than a pinch of salt! The cars who ran in God's of the Pod discovered (though I'm sure they new already). it's all about getting the power down on a quarter mile strip, you can't just work out the weight of your car and extrapolate how much power you need to run what times.
The site shows for a pulsar to get 13.7s you would have about 279bhp when in fact you'd need to run at least 330 to get those times (maybe more)
I'm just saying don't think you can run 500bhp and you will be able to run 11s dead in a 200SX...
Though if you can prove me wrong, and 500bhp at the fly will run 11.00 times in a SX I'll get a loan for the mods now and not wait till next year!

Plus it can mysteriously work out your transmission loss without knowing if it's 2 or 4WD and whether you have decent gearbox oil etc! :D

maybe it also assumes you are running drag radials and also assumes with rear wheel drive cars you are running 12psi less pressure in the rears ...
