We set it up and did a bit of mapping - a few odds and ends to finish but I really like it :)
Nice
I bet that shifts
Yeah, wish I'd weighed it now - it really went well. Probably around 280bhp and got to be way under 1000kg

Awesome
nice car really...
should be pretty fun to drive it... plus you go on the road and people look "ah yeah... an escort..." and then when you floor it "ahhh... it kind of goes away quite quickly"
like it

Maybe - although modern engines in classics are becoming more common

S2000 engines are all the rage at the min, they satisfy the regs for 2l N/A classes, but have good powers for not that much money.
If that was white and 500bhp it would be my ULTIMATE car:nod: fcuking beautiful:D

Very nice
I'm doing the same but into a Vauxhall Firenza - the flat front rather than the droop snoot! :D
HE must have deep pockets!! I looked into doing one when I broke my S14 up 5 years ago - let's just say I decided against it once i'd started adding up the cost!

Love the mk1, that looks like a lovely example of one :D Seems like a nice usuable amount of power too, not something silly that'll just spin up every chance it gets, not saying it isn't fun though. lol.

Lovely car, haven't seen one with a SR20 in it before. My mate had a lovely one, went through a few different engines but ended up with a 2.0 pinto in the end, though at a somewhat more modest power level than this!
