Going to Alton Towers tomorrow for the first time!
What should I go on first?

I went on Saturday :D VERY hot :D

We went on

Oblivion (Absolutely mental and VERY fast but lasts about 5 seconds)
Black Hole (great fun, feel the Gs)
Nemesis (The best ride in my opinion)
River Rapids (Great fun for a change from the adrenaline rushs and nice to cool off (you'll get wet))
Oblivion (See above :D )

Oblivion has made me terrified to go on it again! :cry:

I dont like heights and the way it takes you up and then lets you hang really screwed with me! :eek:

Nemesis I could ride all day though, such a buzz! :D :cool:

Yeah Air was cool too, Had to stick my arms out and do a superman impression just had to.:thumbs:

I always try and go in the front on rollercoasters, even if it means queing for a lot longer, Its just soo much better.
I went on the back row of oblivion the first time and it was no where near as good as when I sat in the front the second time.

Off Topic...

But I went to Chessington the other week and Ramases Revenge was ace.

Its nothing to do with going high or upside down, just the last bit.... you're suspended over that fountain and there is nothing you can do to stop yourself getting wet. :D

1st time I went on the oblivon I wasn't really scared. 2nd time, a bit worried, 3rd really scared and 4th bricking thyself.

I think thats the same as the Ripsaw at Alton, we got bloody soaked.. It annoyed me because other people went on and didn't get half as soaked, I think it really depends on how the operator feels at the time and whether he/she likes the look of you or not.
