Hello Gents.

I thought I'd check through my pile of credit card statments to see if Paypal had taken the money from my account. It is there, all 16 pounds of it. So Im pretty sure youve had my money in some way or another.

Also, just to let you know, Ive recently moved.

however, it wasn't highlighted until november , and the op hasn't completed the main registration form as required so , as with most glitches , something hasn't been completed properly.

this is why the committee and admin team are working ( well jim is ) to make a system which works and is less complciated all round to stop shit like this from happening where one side thinks they've done everything required and the other side doesn't know they exist.


the reason it's taking so long to migrate to a newer system is because we need to manage the membership datebases on a rolling monthly period and we need to find a time suitable incase it all goes pete tong

registration is the most important part of your membership, No registration = No access.

It takes me more time hounding people for registrations than actually activating them. and its always the ones who moan the loudest that havnt done it:nod:

There was a lad not so long ago who I pmed to register and he hadnt done it a week later but claimed he wanted a refund or him membership there and then.

I checked and Nope no registration:annoyed:

Also Pay Pal seems to not list all the transactions in the web mail accounts due to spam filters. The only time we know that you have paid is when you PM us with full detials of the transaction.

Kieran has 5 times the work load I do and thats quite alot. Lets cut the guy some slack a;)

Hi Def. I was completely unaware that I had to fill out a registration form.
Is it a requirement for renewals as I havent done it before. I was just simply renewing my membership back in August. Just thought I had to check my address was correct and make payment through paypal ensuring I put my user name and full name on the payment.

Ive only moved just before xmas.

You can update your address, car details or personal details simply by logging on to "My SXOC" on the main www.sxoc.com site.
