App j_mat_j car was smoking from the exh & from the bonet when he lifted it up :( :cry: prob just the oil he had leaking on the exh or manifold :confused:

yeah, at about the same time as you lot buggering off, me and Nat were down his end and i checked out his car, it seemed fine and as you say just some spillages burning off and he ran again at the end fine. Boy his engine bay looks empty... plus hes not cleaned it since all the bodywork going on so its a mess :p


In fact he was more bothered about the squeeking noise his clutch pedal was making and was frantically sorting that out lol

I was amazed by norris designs evo that got the fastest quarter at 10.90 secs!

What did you all think of it?

Had a look the spec of it on www.norrisdesigns.com.

Over 700bhp!!
0-60 in 2.79 seconds!

But it costs £70,000 to build so far!

dont knock the toyota starlet - me and the gf rented one when we were in greece last year - the thing had the most responsive and decisive gear box i've ever used - it felt like the snychromesh was grabbing the stick from u when u shifted and putting into place!!ugly as fcuk, but the overall quality driving experience influenced my gf 2 get a yaris sr!
