Hi guys,
I bought an IHI VF44 turbo (from a JDM subary legacy gt) 2nd hand for a company on ebay, but when i opened the compressor housing to rotate it, i found this:

The company has agreed to pay for the repair - but i'm not sure how to tackle this.
Firstly is this something that you guys would be able to tackle?
Secondly, how likely is it that this will need to be completely rebuilt (possibly requiring parts only available in japan since this turbo isn't shipped on UK cars), or is it possible to repair in house?
