do you think its possible?
i suppose it could consist of like a dragon dictate type program so they can tell it what they want it to write and what commands to follow. and could also have a brail keyboard.
so thats input interface sorted (ish)
hard thing wud be output interface. was thinking on the lines of the .... you know whats it called teletext 888.... ah yes subtitles, if they could have that but it be spoken to them thru their speakers headphones. then that wud work. but in comparison it wud be more like a msdos internet cuz how wud they do pictures and stuff in a descriptive talking manner? it wud take for ever. unless there is a holographic project that gives the holographs solidity??
and obviously there cud be a brail printer. and if you wanted pictures on the print out i suppose it cud be embossed? but dunno how u cud signify which things on the embossed picture are what colour

The good man Ray Kurzweil and others are working on just such things. Some high level exec's are being extremely bold and saying when future generations of this stuff come out somewhere around 10-20 years, disabilities such as deaf/blind/dumb will be reduced to being mildly irritating at best and hardly considered a disability
