View Full Version : How do I get hold of a P87 (private mileage at work / tax rebate) form?
Looking at the Inland Revenue website just blew my mind
Anyone currenly claime a tax rebate (using your own car at work) for this?
:)
Mrs Wak works at the Inland Revenue, she'll have a look when she goes back on Thursday if you like
Cheers, Wak. Much appreciated.
:)
Get one at your nearest tax office. I have to get one every year too. Then you just transfer the figures over on to it from your P11D. The forms are numbered according to the year ie: P87_2002 so just tell them what year(s) you want. You can back claim a few years too, I went back 3 years worth. :D Nice fat cheque.....ta much Mr Revenue :D

Question: I keep my records in my diary - is that ok and then I just fill the form in or are you supposed to keep something more flash?
I've never had to do this before so haven't got the faintest  :)
If you haven't gone down the local tax office PM your address and Mrs Wak will post you a form
Cheers for that, Wak!
