Saw one today but can't for the life of me remember what they're called.
Someone please put me out of my misery.

Thanks very much :D :D :D :D :D
Isn't that a Reliant Robin with a big bore 2CV engine swap? :D :D
 Any one got a pic? Sounds perfect for a Hyabusa conversion
It's a very odd lookeing open top three wheeler. Two wheels at the front and one at the back. Presumably it's a scrabbly but I don't know.
As for pics... can't be arsed to look :p

Changed my mind and found a pic.
(well nicked it off Jon's link anyway).
I think it looks kind of cool in a perverse sort of way
LOL ... and I thought I was joking about the 2CV !! :p :D
Looks like a quality car though :)
Don't like the look of that, just MO though! What was that three wheeler with single wheel RWD that was made (basically a motor bike engine/back end and car front)? Anyone know what I'm talking about? Think it was BMW??? Maybe production?
Dunc.

Wasn't it an Aerial Atom or something?
These are my favourites.
Gotta love the wickerwork one

Thats the one, good call mate ;)
Anyone remember the Quasar? A rather perverse mixture of Reliant engine in a two wheeled chassis. Looked pretty cool when it was conceived .... in the early eighties wasn't it?

I remember Brum, he was always going to the beach or getting lost in town
How about this one?
The Stimson Scorcher.
Can't see from the pic but 3 people can sit on top of it one behind the other. Mini engine and front wheel drive.

The powers that be got it a tizzy and classed it as a motorbike. This meant the driver/rider had to wear a helmet. It also meant that the third person was defined as being a sidecar passenger and didn't have to

Our company supplied quite a few parts for the Scorpion and one of the lads actually got to drive the prototype, he was well impressed with it:thumbs:
