Original paintwork on a E reg Escort :eek: bet thats nice with no sign of rust on the doors or arches :thumbs:

lol ok not my cup of tea either but if you're into those sort of things..

As for Avon tyres... wouldn't have anything else. ZZ3s are excellent, wouldn't swap them for anything.

I soooooo want one of those INSANE badges! Not at that price tho :cry:

Got ZZ1's on the front. Pretty good altho the ZZ3's are far better.

Never had complaints about ZZ1's tho.

serious???? mate they are possibly the worst tyre i've ever had! possibly worse than the cacky budget road champs i have on now :eek: They are rediculously bad in the wet

Tis true. I have ZZ1's on the front (17") and Kuhmo's on the rear (15") ...In the wet the avon's let go before the Kuhmo's !!!:eek:

Guess it totally depends on the particular car then...

S12 is great on ZZ3's. Mind you the tyres on the rear are 235x40xR17 and 215x40xR17 on the front :D

The E came fitted with ZZ3 and they stayed on for precisely 1 day until I got so fed up of the traction control light NEVER switching off in the wet that I junked them for a set of Goodyear F1s.

Avon are total cr@p as far as I'm concerned, worse than Firestone.
