hi guys right basically il have 4 k to spend on tuning the car soon now im wondering wat to do do i go rb conversion because its easy to get huge power gains or do i stick with the sr and do a forged rebuild etc im looking about £1k for labour so wat would u spend the 3 k on as im lost lol

Dont know what to tell you man...It all comes down to what you want to do. I think RB is a lot of work in a S-Chassis. If you have an SR already, id say build that.

You could go the V8 route :)

cool its just bugging me with all these horror stories im hearing about sr rocker arms and gearboxes seems to be the 2 weakpoints that cause problems when running major power

lol i have a mustang engine sat in a written off mustang in the guys front yard about 100yards away and it only had like 34k on it but i imagine thats some major work id probable attempt it if it was just in a cheapy s13 body but im planning on spending alot on mine
