Monday the 9th June (2nd Monday of the month right? - Correct me if Im wrong).
And I get to meet you lot finally! I want a good turn out too, including all those owners that attended the Preston meet a few weeks back....and maybe some S13 owners too, Im told they are an earlier model of 200sx, but have yet to meet a member with one ;)
Is there anything any one would like to discuss?

Getting some 205 wide tyres streched acorss them this weekend, instead of the 245 dlicks on them at the moment :D and the Teins can come down a bit more then ;)

As Mr Vez rightly says i think its time i got of my ar5e and said hello to a few of my nieghbours. Only reason i have not bothered so far is that every time i talk to one of you - especially Vez - i end up increasing my shopping list of shiiny thing that go nicely with mi car!!
Hope to have none detonating car by then too as its going into Hyper SR in wigan on the 6th for a good seeing too...... fingers crossed.
A way to shorten your shopping list would be to stop spending £100 quid on your birds hair!

Sorry dude, I'm Go-Karting with CSC on the 9th till 10pm !
What time does this thing usually take place anyhow?
The meet which is organised by JapUK starts at normally 7:30pm to 8pm. There will be lots of other clubs as well at the pub. We have a lot of supra / RX / GTR / GTIR guys who sit down with us and have a laff which is nice.

What is it you will be doing then in your role Vez ?
Does this mean we won't have to organise things like go-karting trips and trips to TOTB etc ourselves anymore ?
I'm not sure exactly what it is you see that you will be doing in your new job ? so if you could explain a little bit, it would be a good ice breaker. Do you get a shiny badge or anything :)

I'm looking forward to meeting you all and to see some nice examples of motors, hope there is a s13 there so I can get some tips on what to do next with mine. Don't laugh at mine :D its at a very early project stage at the moment.

No theres no hierachy or commitees or anyone in charge. Just a group of people that have gotten to know each other really well over the course of the past year or so. The JapUK (www.japuk.com) guys are also really helpful and organised a track day recently for example (Kuddy went on this).
Individuals at the moment just take it upon themselves to organise events. unless JapUK do it
We all have each others email addresses and thats a good way to invite people to events / organise them. Although kuddy seems to use it to send rude pictures all the time :tosser:
Currently trying to organise a trip to ten of the best at the moment. Maybe Vez could step in an organise it ;)

Well, some of the bits and pieces are to be finalised as far as my "actual" role is, but I have taken it apon myself to organise something for the club, as you've seen, and will hopefully in the not too distant future, have an event....
Other roles may or may not include the distribution of membership packs and the like, so that the entire membership process can be streamlined?!?!
Main reason for attending isnt to stamp any authority on anything, just to meet more peoples with hundies, and just to ask what else you would like from the club, or if there was anything you dont like or are annoyed about (hopefully very little).
The two trips im gonna organise will just slot into the SXOC calender where the blanks are, so if you wanna organise a trip to TOBT then you got my backing (nothing like deligation) and I will help where I can, oh and count me in as long as its not the billing weekend, the weekend after that, and the weekend after that).
Oh and what do you guys expect from me (other than a round of soft drinks)

I had moment where I thought I wouldn't be coming last night.
I was doing a ton on the M56 last night on the way back from the Wirral and thought I'd see what boost is was going to. Floored it and nothing there. Zero boost.
Was mightily worried but still drove the 20miles home and discovered the arm hanging off my actuator this morning. What a relief.
Just need a little clip holder thingy to keep it on tight.
Tell you what though, even with zero boost the car's not that slow (in 1st & 2nd)!
As long as its not rusty I shall have it off j00 for a tenner if that sounds reasonable.

Are the switches under the air vent in good nick with the lights all workign when the head lights are on (pressuming there the same as S14a ones? (hazzards etc)

If you have them, can you bring the two clips off an S13 hatchback that hold the parcel shelf strings ? Hope you know what I mean. Let me know if you want a few quid for them, not sure what they're worth.

I would but I can't really afford that on top of the cost of the car.
I did think about doing it myself, but to be honest, I really cant be arsed. I'm not very good when it comes to engines :rolleyes: .... everything else but not engines.
I`ll be there - the car`s now sporting a few new goodies since last seen..... obx manifold, Dano de-cat, GTR wheels, HKS clutch:)

junction 21 southbound M6 theres a load of overhead speed cameras with yellow hoardings in the background at the junction.
You can see the neon lights on the roof of the pub as you come off the slip ramp.
Then its the 3rd exit at the roundabout at the end of the slip ramp :wack:

U still wanna meet up or make your own way there??? Im not detting anymore - since i got new plugs and a HKS AFR fitted. Installed a GReddy boost gauge to and then spent 1/2 a tank watching the needle go to 0.7B :D

I was throughly impressed with everyone, and there cars, and some peoples obsesion with licking there engine bays!!!!
The atmosphere was excellent, and the nice blue supra, was well, nice, I forgotten who owns it, though he had brown hair, and was taller than me ;)
I was dissapointed at the lack of Pies however :(
Arrrrgh, I hate you all, Im now even more confused what to do with my exhaust, and I've seen new toys....hmmmm new toys ;)
Near the end someone suggested the quite sensible idea of a Northwest mailing list, which Im now persueing ;) Right now wheres that AndyF geeeeeeeeeeza! :D

If you could make the North convoy, then hopefully it will be quite large, as some of the NE'ers are coming over to the M6 to meet up with the Scottish contingent, then charnock richard to meet some more of us ;)
