ive driven past area 51, as i went from LA to Las Vegas through the Nevada desert. We didnt even know we were passin past the infamous area 51, until we stopped for some petrol and one of the locals started babbling on about it, and how not to veer off the road or even stop without reason as we'd be shot. Low and behold 5 miles down the road we see the 'US MILITARY DO NOT ENTER' signs all over the place. The Nevada desert and atmosphere is a very weird place, it doesnt get the name 'dreamland' for nothing. When we stopped, the skies were bright pale blue, and it was like the clouds were going past in slow motion, as if running a video at half speed, while the world on the earth was going at normal speed, very very weird. The heat can play tricks on your mind as well as the atmosphere in that area....................and then again Area 51 has always been a US government smoke screen to channel nerd attentions on to a bit of rock in the Nevada desert rather than the real top secret alien research facilities they've got deep underground, just ask the Roswell aliens from 47 where they went when they got boxed up and put on a B-52!!! :thumbs: :D
