Whats the .cue and .bin about??

I know its something to do with CD-Images, but what?

The bin file is a big binary data file, the cue file is kinda like a template for making the cd and lets the software know the number of tracks, their type and filesystem when burning a bin file.

Just fire up nero, write from cd image -> point it to the cue file and off ya go :)

Ok, I finally got that .cue stuff. I've put it onyo CD and now its come up as 4 folders rather than a D1VX that i expected.
The folders are, EXT, MPEGAV, SEGMENT, VCD. I've looked in thems and can't see anything that i know anything about. The big file is on MPEGAV, some 700 meg but its a .dat file!!

Any idea how to get it to work?!?!

If you have Intervideo WinDVD or something similar on your pute then use that, (extract the .dat file and run using windvd)

That's how i do it, dunno about making it work on proper dvd players or whatnot tho :(
