anyone fit windows???

hi anyone ever fitted a conservrate (boy my spelling crap:cry: ). The reason i ask it how are they held together are they bonded or screwed??? I gonna have to dismantle one in a couple of weeks and aint got a clue on how the hell to do it :(?

dismantling anything is easy ;) :D

They will be both screwed and bonded together. Be aware tho, if they were fitted well, your gonna have cnunt of a job taking it all apart :rolleyes:

There are two main types (apart from plastic and metal)

To deglaze, either remove internal gasket and unclip beads, or unclip external trim caps and unscrew clamping plates.

Once deglazed, you should be able to see jointing screws, brackets etc.

In most cases there will be some glue and a **** load of silicone goo in there.
