hi does anyone know wher i can download a package like this for FREE:D, it must let you enlarge pics, zoom in etc

Paint shop pro isnt free, its only a 30 day trial.

You could try the gimp http://www.gimp.org , very powerful photoshop like tools, they now do a windows version too!
