Took the cae up today for the stage 3 map at 2pm and got home around 15 mins ago 9pm. Firstly he discovers there is 1 bolt holding on the Elbow then discovers the loom for the Lambda sensor has been melted by the Tubular manifold ( No wonder it failed on emissions he said lol ), then the plugs were knackered and after changing all that and an hour and a half out on the road with his trusty laptop we find out that the Evc 3 boost controller i bought off e-bay 2 months ago but am only trying out now does not work. It will spike right up and drop off to nothing and he cant do anything with it. The car has been mapped to 1.4 but sadly is only running 0.8 due to the controller being switched off, could it be fitted wrong or is it just knackered and ive now got the trouble of trying to get it exchanged to go back up to Jezz, fair play it pulls like a train now so god knows what it will be like on 1.3-1.4 bar lol. :(:annoyed:

Its a shame I couldn't get the boost controller to work properly - even at 0.8 rising to 1 bar it goes pretty well. It'll be really quick once the BC is sorted :)
Be sure to get the car checked before raising the boost - it should be fine but obviously I couldn't test it properly.
Hopefully it'll work for you soon :)

Anthony at Indigo had a crack at the controller today, had to swap 1 vacuum pipe then download the EVC 3 instructions off the net and hour later bobs your uncle 1.2 bar and it absolutely flies, the evc has a complicated self learning mode which once he sussed out worked out fine. It was just to late last nite Jezz and without the instructions for the controller we would of struggled as its a complicated little sod, the car was utter lethal in the wet today LOL!!!:hurl::clap:
Glad you got it sorted mate!!
