Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you for your e-mail.

I have looked into your query and I can confirm that the term 'suitable from
birth' suggests that this product is suitable to be given to a new born
baby, meeting health and safety standards. As this product is a cuddly toy
it will require no food and will remain to fit its product specifications
when first purchased. In addition, this product when referring to 'cuddly'
is seen as being soft and can be cuddled as often as you like..

I hope this information is of use to you.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us via
e-mail at order.enquiries@argos.co.uk, or alternatively on 0870 600 8784.

Regards

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am thinking about adopting a Fimble and was wondering if you could answer
the following questions.

1) It says on your website that they are “Suitable from birth“. Does this
mean that I can adopt one as soon as they are born?
2) What do they eat? How often do they need to be fed? Does this change as
they grow older?
3) It says on your site they are cuddly. How often do they need cuddling cos
Scruffy needs cuddling too?

Thank you for your time.

-Hilary the Bear.

That's the first time I've seen the words Argos and Customer Service used in the same sentence.
