Hi, I am posting up heer on behalf of my friend.
He has a very large one bedroom flat to rent in East Grinstead. Its the downstairs of a victorian house, is fully furnished and has a back garden. There is parking but a permit is required between the hours of 10 -11 am mon to saturday, but these permits are only 20 quid a year.
It is right in the centre of town and is literally a three minute walk from the bus/train station. East Grinstead is about 12 miles from gatwick and 50 minute train journey to London Victoria.
He is looking for 675 a month plus a deposit.
