Been at it 3 days now, iv just about had as much as I can take working on this pile of crap.

If its not rusted it just doesnt fit and I have had enough. All I wanted to do was fit a FMIC, if I knew it was going to be this bad I would have just taken it to a garage.

Got all pipework on, but most of it is such a tight fit its wedged against parts of the shell, imagine that would rub through super snappish, no a clue how that's to be solved. The pipe from the plenum to the cooler is properly wedged between the washer bottle and the toe eye.

Also need battery in boot, can't even be bothered to attempt to try solve this, it seems almost as simple as the intercooler was, what a ****ing joke.

The bumper is on with ties but honestly im just not happy with the pipe work all so tight fit.

Im tempted to just take it off, sell it on and buy a easy fit saab like before.

Really tired of this car now, the more I work on it the more I don't even want it anymore.

no experiance in fitting a FMIC my self but are you sure all the pipes (metal and silicone) are in the right places, on some of the ones i've seen they can look very similar.

Righty, got the fmic in, all plumbed and the battery in the boot! O_O

Took it for a drive today, dear lawd thats the power I remember, my only last niggle is the AVCR controller as I don't really know where to run the wire as the grommet im using is full now. Running it with no controller, just keeping a eye on the boost guage and feathering the throttle to stop it over boosting so can't keep full throttle over certain revs.

Still after a carefull eye to look it over, needs its wheel lining put back on as well, broke every clip so open to advice and help on how the devil I can get it back on safe.

Mobile number is 07595036134 drop me a call if you can help! :) The tools in my arsenal is a rachet, a screw driver, zip ties, insulation tape and a angle grinder. :)
