ill probably sell it once im bored dunno when will that be though;)
ermm....car ill get next would be a supra tt or or a skyline GTR33
my car is slowly turning into a trackday / sprint car. Going to keep it for a while yet but probably get something else in addition to the 200 for road...
Not quite sure what yet - probably deisel though.
Skyline or Supra. I would like an Evo but think that Id be dissapointed witht he Skyline and Supra after getting one so Im saving that for last ;)
I also want to own a decent Porsche one day as they are fantastic pieces of engineering and machinery. I just love the dedication thats gone into building them :)
Escy MKII, with non standard bits on to make it go slower :)
3 litre twin turbo supra :D :D :D
I'll most probably end up keeping my S13 and making it mint.
Theres a fair few cars I have been keeping my eye on I would like to have, I wouldn't mind having a good condition 260z and have been thinking about it for a while and they do look luvly, such a classic.
Then theirs the MR2 Turbo 240bhp version with quite a few bits 300bhp+ is feasible, but thats the same as the S13 and running costs are higher, as standard they are quicker though and are armed with 555cc injectors. They don't cost a lot more than an s13 maybe an extra £1500.
Then theres a Pulsar Gtir and with about 330 bhp a 1/4 mile time of 12 seconds is easily obtained, again like the MR2 Turbo if not more, the running costs are quite high and gearboxes are fragile.
They do hold their value very well though.
In the £7000 region I would like a Subaru WRX STi they are 280bhp standard and looks nice, being 4wd they have very good traction so they can grip round corners and can launch pretty well. The boxer engine sounds nice when worked hard and image is quite high, not as high as the mitsi evo but its more affordable than the evo as it is quite similar to the evo.
As you can see thiers a fair few bit of cars I would like to have, but now I still have to dream, until then its 200sx. The 200sx keeps me very happy though. I would be reluctant to sell the S13 even if I had to not drive it I will probably keep it under covers and buy a cheap run around.

Hopefully testing a TVR Cerbera this weekend, not going to get until September 2004 but you have to have something to work towards. If I drive it and don't like it (can't see why) it's got to be either an Evo 6/7 or an R34 VspecII but Skylines are very expensive and for the same price could get a nice 911. Like Bren says the build quality and detailing are second to none.

Got to be a Mitsubishi Evo 8

I'm not so sure that Porsche are as good as you make out... apparently older 996's are not the best in terms of build quality... better off spending same money on a newer 993. (Yes, the model numbers are as I specified.)
If you're thinking about buying a Cerbera then check out www.Pistonheads.com/gassing :) Lots of stuff to read there. Just go in with your eyes open...
I drove one and loved it, altho apparently handling is dodgy at around 130-150mph... like you do that everyday *shrug*
In answer to the question, could get a Supra TT or a Skyline GTR, but as it would be the practical car I might get an Impreza Turbo 2000 (MY99)... still thinking!
If I wanted a (very) fast practical road car then it has to be an Evo. Trouble is its becoming so difficult to use them to their full potential I dont think it's worth it - hence my deisel comment.
After the S13 I'll be going for a proper race car hopefully - caterham or equiv or a single seater....
Not thinking about what I'm getting next, still enjoying the 200 too much

I dont think ill be selling the AE86..
But next id like somthing along the lines of a Soarer, Chaser or Cefiro if im in Sedan mode. 240Z, Supra TT, R32 GTR or a 180SX. Or maybe just a Subaru Vivio, Diahatsu Mira or some other strange K-Car.. hehe..

In an ideal world, will be another 200sx - but depends on mileage etc :) Otherwise I'll go for a GTO because I like the looks :) Don't know anything about the performance tho....and don't anyone disillusion me, cos I think they look well nice :D

I do like the looks of the FTO ... BUT ...
WARNING: Tracey Spoiler below ....
They're 200bhp (but hardly ever make this factory stated power level (even when modded)) and worst of all ..... FWD!! :D

She said GTO - as in Twin Turbo with 280 BHP appx Standard.
They're 4wd and I think 4ws, but they weigh 1800KG:eek:
Not bad, but they cost an absolute fortune to mod.

wouldnt touch the GTO... apparently its like driving a computer game (ie uninvolving) and _when_ bits go wrong its VERY expensive to fit as there's a lot of electronics. Apparently very similar to the Lancer Evo but completely different creatures... ie the Lancer Evo is an involving drive and reliable...

If I ever get bored of my 200 I'll take the engine out and stick it in a Westfield...
I'd quite like a 350Z, I might look into importing a second hand one in a couple of years when the price comes down.

I've been thinking that recently too - 400bhp in a 500kg car would be fun...
I chose the 200SX because of 200bhp, RWD and not German, and despite it being a coupe (pet hate).
There aren't any other (comfy and practical) alternatives.
Next car will be a Panda or Renault4. Like the principle but won't go as far as a 2CV.
Lada Niva, maybe even a new one
:) :) :)

TVR S3, or maybe even my lancia...(wishful thinking)

Funny this question should crop up as I'm trying to decide right now!
Sold me house so have bit of spare cash, want a new car but don't know what to buy.
Thinking of:
1: Celica GT4 Widebody
2: Audi URQuattro 20V
3: 300ZX
4: R32 Skyline
5: EVO 1-4
6: Soarer (I know but they are very cheap
 )
7: and of course a S14a 200
Tempted to go for the R32 but finding the right one will be tricky, always wanted a Quattro but have you seen the prices of a 20V one? £12-16K, now there's a depreciation proof car if I ever saw one.
Don't want a scooby as they are like a clitoris, any suggestions anyone?

Zonda for me :D:D:D
But perhaps a Supra TT as an in-between
I'd like a noble M12, I know its got a ford engine but still, think thats just a few (343) years away yet. Want an S14a once I'm done with the s13. Hopefully they'll be a bit more affordable to me in a couple of years
Possibly an r32 of some description. But increasing costs make me worry - petrol, insurance. :(
Quite possibly, in a few years, a BMW 330d (sorry) - fast, reliable, comfortable, frugal. Save the Nissan for the tracks. :)

I'm not sure whether to stick to owning shitty cars and nice bikes or vice versa.
Used to want a Supra TT but am now moving more towards the Mazda RX7 TT. Would save an extra 3ish grand to have the engine rebuilt with stronger internals as soon as I bought it though and then there is just happy ranting for a few years. If I did this I'd probably keep my Honda VFR400 rather than upgrading to an R6/Ninja. I can dream I suppose - I'll probably never have enough to buy an RX7 or an R6

hard to find?
ohhhh I see, every... has one. *sulk* I like them. Esp the flat four engine warble.
if i ever manage 2 pay the 200 off, and fancy another car within the next two years, i'd probably get a N/A Supra or RX7 on import from japan for about 8 grand(u usally get loadsa good stuff wiv em as well such as wheelz and zorst), but both worry me about maintainace costs, and the RX7 has the dreaded ****el engine, which if something goes wrong(especially with an import) means ur going 2 have 2 trek to the edges of the earth 2 find someone 2 sort it out, and then you'll have 2 sell yourself into slavery 2 afford the costs......think ill stick with the 200 boyz and girls
Sorry to go non-japanese (theres been a Bimmer and a westy that werent on here) but its gotta be an EVO Delta :D
Fact is, I aint ever going to be able to afford one though :(
yup price is everything, and in todays britain were you're punished by the taxman for working, very few of us will be able 2 afford cars over 10 grand, which just reinforces what a great car the 200SX for the money....
Does it have to be a car?
Im gonna get a house I think
