Bit philosophical this...
Was thinking, what's worse (in terms of soft-tops)... someone who drives a "man's car" like a girl or someone who drives a hairdresser's car like they stole it?
I mean if someone gets say a TVR Griffith (surely very much a man's car esp non-PAS and 5.0 V8), and they just go about posing in it and not trying to powerslide or drift then that's just crap. Whereas if they got a Z3, but were driving on the limit at every possibility, isn't this better?
I suppose the only problem comes to when both cars are stuck in commuter traffic... everyone will immediately think the z3 driver's a wuss.
:)
Yes i'm bored.

Tough question,
almost as though as :
If you masturbate over a phot of yourself, are you gay?

What about if you're a cross-dresser?

then you should learn to calm down, you'll only look like a sack of taters tied in the middle...

I ask about cars and you talk about masturbation and transvestites? CONTROL YOURSELVES!!!
I was more thinking of the irony. And if it was fast as well (eg z3m)...
Bit like driving a BMW M3 and letting people out of sideroads :D

355 F1 Berlinetta - I want one, dream car for me and if it's a hairdresser's car then the price of hair cuts must have gone throught the fecking roof since I last went for a grade 1 or the pasta crunchers at modena must do cracking discounts for the boys and girls down that salon!!!

Surely if you buy something really fast like the TVR, then the superman theory applies to a certain extent. You don't need to drive it fast cos everyone knows it's fast, unless you take it to a track or something and want to have some fun obviously.
My ultimate car would be an SV465, and I would hardly ever drive it on the limit - except maybe to wipe the floor with the odd Nova.

355 berlinetta a hairdresser's car??? must be rough where you live :D
My comment about the TVR was more suggesting that just cos someone owns a TVR doesn't mean they can drive it on the limit or even try to drive it like that.

fair point, but I wouldn't call them crap over it. I'm a rubbish driver (safe but not very good on the limit - although I've never been on a track). I'd love a really fast car so at my limit it's still gonna beat most things.
I probably would never drive it like most of you guys (check my sig link to see why I set myself apart from 'you guys' (and don't laugh))

edited to say: or you could buy 1 of my 200s and spend the change on some serious tuning!!

Personally i'd but 2 200s and tune them both for that money... that way you don't have to worry about the reliability cuz you'd always have a spare :D

Ok, models now, point the finger - what cars are hairdressers cars?
I mean, if you asked a bird in the street if that car was for a gay hairdresser would she say yes or no?
