... to feel totally displaced from time and space?
Wrong decades, wrong location...

I can't be alone in feeling this, can I?

Not me, I feel quite 'snug' in this universe...

However, I am concerned that I will die before we start to fly around in space ships and stuff, and exploring the universe...would really love to see whats out there.

Thank god, there are people with enough imagination to make films and star trek...if the future was a tenth of what they imagined, it'll be fantastic. At least I can dream that the universe really is like that...

I would have liked to have been in a future period of time.

ho hum..back to reality...:(

You stand a reasnoble chance of seing some kind of basic space flight to either orbit or the moon, baring in mind life expectancy for someone born appx 20 years ago is about 120!

I often feel like I live in the future anyway. Imagine what some of todays everyday things would have been like when you were a kid. Mobile Phones, internet, laptops, robotic dogs, multi-chanel TV etc. etc.

Maybe I'm just too low tech to take these things for granted? :o

No I think I should have been born in rome a thousand or so years ago. for some reason the drunken parties, orgies, promiscuity, fighting anything and having a massive empire kind of appeals to me :D plus you could carry a sword wich is cool in itself :D

Yes, I feel I should have been born 2 decades earlier.
