No joking matter it is doing my head in. One problem after another.

Dont get me wrong i love my s13 to bits and will prob regret doing this but im having to many problems which is making my car stay off the road 3 times longer than it is on.

I just paided for a new rebuild less than 1.5k ago and cost me around 1k in parts and work.

For example: I woke up this morning to take my car to work, the elbow is blowing in which im going to do tomorrow, i have a flat trye  (slow puncher) My back bumper caught on the pavment and ripped off (take took 10mins to put bk on and a load of dirty hands before work... again )

I park up in a car park to catch my front bumper - again - breaking it. Then i find out the boot catch has snapped and now i have to leave my boot open... wtf!!!

problem after problem (all in one day)

So do i break or sell as whole

rant over

U may regret selling it !!!

Its all part and parcel with a car of that age i was same when i got mine, small things kept going and the boyfriend said why didnt ya buy a new car then, so now when things go just replace em and i no that there new and 100% working order,

as for the bumpers...... thats not the cars fault try having a coffee b4 ya leave for work, might wake ya up a bit !!!!!!

With a kitted car there are always troubles with the bumpers catching. You could put standard bumpers on it with small splitters? Still look good and a lot less hassle. Turbo elbows are a common thing and not too hard to sort out and the boot catch is a 2 minute job.
Don't give in mate, our cars are worth penny's when trying to sell and any car you get instead will have troubles and i bet it wouldn't be as much fun!

mate im 19 and a student and i think off selling my 14a often as when stuff always goes wrong. prettty nuch all my monthly money goes on fixing it.

i look at it this way, spend money on fixing up a 200+ bhp rwd turbo car or

selling up and fixing up a renault or something else shit along them lines

:( Hope you stick with it mate! But the puncture can happen on anything! and lets be fair your car is about the lowest i've seen,so its inevitable bodywork will catch occasionally! Hope you have a better run soon!
