question for the 180sx style guru's

can anyone tell me who makes these rear lights.

iv spent most of the night on japanese sites hunting them down but the jap writing is making me dizzy. im hoping its not a uras lexus styled light with a red sprayed tint on them.

unfortunately bud, they are ebay spec lexarse lamps i tinted red. although they did cost me £25 all in

how did you manage to get them for £25 :eek:
i seem to know loads of folk thay get amazing deals on fleabay but i always end up paying almost top dollar, an im never off the site :annoyed:

i searched for 2 months trying to find someone that might be throwing a set away or selling them cheap so i could use them for testing purposes. put up a wanted post on here and 5 weeks later i bought a set for £25 :D already had the tint spray.

there are a few things to consider with using these lamps; you need the bulb holders to match the lex lamps, you need a kouki lower panel, and the indicators will flash red due to the red lenses inside (not strictly legal)

I'm proud of my lexarse tinted conversion. I only ever saw one set on that croatian guy before I did mine , now there are tons. :D Sorry for the big image.

aren't they illegal though as your indicators will light up red

i think they would look better if black lexus style lights were used, im sure that was the type of lights that were tinted in the top picture.
