Saw Prodigy live 3 times 'back in the day'. I always hated 'Charlie' though..dreadful track.
I appear to have no short term memory any more though!

Prodigy Experience was the absolute tits, I got every single they released in the UK aswell. In fact, a very large chunk of my "non mp3" music is prodigy I think. Biscuits also fvcked my brain aswell - thats why I haven't touched them since I was 19 or 20 I think.

Nick Warren is my favourite DJ at the moment. I actually went out and bought Global Underground 24 because it was so good. I haven't obtained a CD by legitimate means for about two years, that's how good it is.

I had a CD of Prodigy tracks on mp3 but I lost them. They were previously unreleased or B-side tracks in the same style as Experience. It was incredible! I'll have to look it out again :)

Nick Warren is class - and the Global Underground CDs are the best around - progressive house at its best. You should seek the first Nick Warren CD in Prague - its awesome.

My flatmate has every single GU on MP3, along with all the NuBreed and Perfecto ones. But yes, GU owns all, and I'll go home and listen to Prague tonight. The older Paul Oakenfold ones (before he went rubbish) are also damn good.

Have you got the Tony de Vit ones - they're also worth a listen. Have you heard John Digweed's first GU? Its quite quick and upbeat to how he plays now.

BanjoMaster

As far as he knows he's got all of them. The Danny Tenaglia in Athens one is another of my favourites. I've probably listened to the Tony De Vit ones and just not realised.

I wish I was going to Coloursfest up here next week, but I'm skint :( They're taking over an entire shopping centre, with Sasha, Digweed, and Lawler all in the one night

Sasha and Digweed are still the kings though.

Man you talk sense - you should help me convince my mates! :D
Sasha and digweed are the daddies of house - I've got this mint CD with Sasha and Digweed b2b at renaissance - three cds worth and its mint - was done back in 1994 and almost every song is a classic! :D

Sasha is playing his first UK date at my local night club (Golden) on 30th May - I can't wait.

You shouldn't need to convince them! If ever there was a case where the music alone should do the talking...

I had Sasha and Digweed NE Expiditions, my favourite mix album of all time (I'm getting goosebumps just writing this), but I lost it :( I fully intend to get another copy of it however, 'cos its unbelievably good. In fact, Ant, I strongly encourage you to go and get it at HMV today :D

-Darren Manic Old Skool Raver *mental handwaving and footstepping* :D

PS there's some old skool event at Camden Palace on Sunday... Ellis Dee, MC MC, etc bring your whistles, white gloves, face mask and Vicks :D

Cheers mate. I should definitely be in the position soon to start splashing out again. I've got a list of about 60 CDs I want to get. If these ones are as good as my dear departed expiditions ( :( ) they go top of the list :D

Cheers
