Had a really bad nights sleep last night - waking up every hour between 4 and 7  It all caught up with me at work this morning so I left work early and came home to have a kip. Set the alarm for 6pm, but turned it off and continued to sleep.

Woke up at 10 to 8......my first thought was 'arghhhh, forgot to set the alarm!' Was out of bed and sprinting towards the shower before I realised that it was the evening and not the morning! :D

Yeah, bit of bad planning really! I'm normally good for about 1am but starting to flag about now.....tonight I'm wide awake!!

This could set a trend for the rest of the week  off to bed about 3am, up at 7 for work, back from work @ 4 and sleep for 3 hours lol...maybe I can turn it all around so I'm up all night and do my sleeping between 5 and 11 at night - whaddya think? :D Would be good for getting into work - could be in for 7am every day and build up my hours :D

its possible but its gonna screw up any plans you might have for going out at the weekend...

best thing is to stay up late tonight, wake up as usual tomorrow, but then when you get home do not go to bed until late/normal...you'll sleep well tomorrow...[matrix voice]I guarantee it[/matrix voice]

or is that too sensible?

Yeah, thats very sensible! :D And I'll prolly follow that advice - much as I love the idea of the nocturnal lifestyle, I don't think it's really practical. Imagine driving home @ 5pm every day with it being about midnight on your body clock - just wouldnt work! Ho-hum, common sense prevails again lol :)
