I loved 'The Secret of Monkey Island' and 'LeChuck's Revenge'. They were out back in the early 90's I think. I had 'em on my Amiga 500 :D .
Got the 3rd and 4th ones for the PC but they are crap in comparison  :( .
www.Scummbar.com is a great Monkey Island fan site if anyone wants a blast from the past :) .
Gentlemen, I give you ...............
"Elite"
Nuff said :D
The humour in the original monkey island was ace, they don't make em like that anymore!

What was that follow up to Elite on the Amiga called? Only thing I remember about it was trying to analyse peoples warp signature things then getting to their location faster than them and waiting for them to steal their cargo :D
Edit: Another great old game - Speedball2 - Brutal Deluxe anyone?

All I remember about Frontier (and first encounters) was the autopilot constantly suiciding me into planets.

Good call, it happened all the time! It was the old fast forward selection that was to blame IIRC.

Anyone remember the Test Drive series on the Amiga?
Yep, I remember them. I remember playing them on the C64 before that! Anyone remember playing Grand Prix Circuit on the 64? Same software house as Test Drive but F1! I remember thinking when I was playing it that I thought it was the best game ever :D

Hi chaps.
Feel free to discuss the old classics of yesterday, but please do not include links to download the games, as they are still copyrighted and this is still piracy.
Cheers
