As above really I'm looking at fitting a type 2 intercooler and was wondering if anybody had a spare couple of hours to lend a hand, As I'm not 100% confident doing it by myself:smash:

£50.00 in it for anybody interested:thumbs:

Also missing 4 bolts that connect the main body of the intercooler to the car.

Apex think they are 8mm but they did not seem too sure :wack:

Can anyone confirm this as I need to pick some up from Halfrauds but don't want to get the wrong ones:thumbs:

Apex don't sell replacements:rolleyes:

Any help on this would be great.
:sxoc:

I will take the core to Halfrauds with me so I get the right ones.

I'll give you a hand, no need for payment, just get your car to Swansea and I got a big bag of bolts. Do the pipes go through the body work?

Those bloody pikey's are everywhere lol.

One of the boost pipes came off just after I left Tesco's ,Thankfully there was no Corsa next to me when it popped off:D

Jason came out and sorted that in no time:thumbs:

Just want to say a massive thank you to the both of you for all your help yesterday:thumbs: It's very much appreciated

Especially the bacon and eggs :)

The running problem is still there but at least I know that a boost leak can now be ruled out as a possible cause:nod:

There is a noticeable improvement in the pull of the car tho:nod:

Thanks again.

Phil.

Btw Drew if you pm me your address I will pop the bumper jets in the post to you:thumbs:

That gasket that was ticking yesterday has gone completly today:cry:

Sounds the same as last time one went (head to manifold gasket)
It's either that or one of the turbo gasket's, What a nightmare lol
