Does anyone know or has heard of a where i could get a sensor kit for the engine to give me rpm, pressure, temp etc straight on to my laptop?? software??

hi,

I know that www.hondata.com (http://www.hondata.com) provide this for Honda VTEC engines - without any hardware mods. I reckon the same information is available for nissan engines directly from the ECU if anyone knows how to interpret it. If you do the ECU diagnosis thing on the 200SX web site you'll notice that there are various reporting modes available - maybe one of these is reporting RPM etc?

If anyone finds out how to interpret the data I'd be happy to write a program to do it automatically with a nice interface etc. similar to the HonData thing.
