Is any one from here going to the pod this weekend?, im up that way visiting my girlfriends family so might try and escape for the day to go and see what its all about as i have never been there, wont be taking the 200 so i will just be goin to watch, but should be good anyway.

ive just got back from santa pod, my first time doing the strip,

first run i got 14.03, i had mainly low 14s and 2 15s:annoyed: but last run i made a 13.94. very happy with that one :D:D:D

a white s14 and a blue s14a was there, anybody on here?

was a really good day and will be going again soon :thumbs:

Nope i did not go in the end, i thought it was closer to her sisters house than it was, sat nav said 1hr 45 mins so thought i would just wait till my car is all sorted and take that up there rather than just go to watch.

I was there but not in a 200 i was in the white chaser.

13.6 was my best run of the day. Proper good vfm i think i had at least 25 runs lol

Track was very slippy though even though the weather was good:thumbs:

ahh sounds like a good day. last week i only got 3 runs all day as the weather was crap.

yes was a good day think i got about 15 runs in and thats with quite alot of watching the runs.

ye i went had issues tho, i could have had loads of runs but i only had 2 runs, first run i tried a 4k launch not enough to wheelspin so i bogged badly, 60ft of 2.9! ran 14.4@111mph, marshall at the end of the track said i cant race again till i get a helmet so i ran round like a blue ass fly to find one, the kind ladies at the sing-on desk sorted me out with one tho, so went for a second run, another shit start think it was a 2.7 60ft major bog rest of the run went well until it jus died after i changed up into fourth rolled over the line with a 14.2 @ 89mph, i was doin 89 at the 1/8th as well so i was gutted i got a shit launch and had no power for the last part of the track as wen i ran a 12.8 before i had a decent 2.0 60ft and was doin 86 at the 1/8th

ive diagnosed the problem, i split the hose from the turbo to intercooler pipe, heat from the manifold made it weak plus runnin 20 pound of boost took its toll, av ordered a new one and am gona try to get the turbo-mani gaskit replaced as its blowin, shud be ready for ganders trip to pod
