As above Chessington meet - 14th March - 3pm onwards.

Its about time we had another and a couple of people have suggested the 14th March so we'll go with that - unless this clashes with something else. All newbies welcome, just park your car and head into the pub. You'll find us grouped together poking fun at each other and possibly the bar staff. We don't bite (well most of us don't) and we'll soon get you involved;)

I aka the life and sole of the party won't be there though as I should be in the Alps - hard life:wack:

I'll attach map shortly.

I'll be there in the homobile. I can still talk about blowing the welds on the intake even if my 1/4 mile takes about 3 hours these days. :wack:

In the past we have been ready to leave by about 6, but depends really on how many people turn up (from past experience).

I would have thought we would still be around for a good while after you arrived though :)

Now the weather is improving it seems like a much better idea! :D

Sadly I'm in prague on the 14th so it'll have to be another time for me though :(

went past the monkey puzzle today as i was coming back from gatwick and the whole of the bloody m25 was shut .. i deserve a trophy for sitting in traffic on the m25!!

Yes, I've discovered it's most fun when it's nice and sunny or very snowy (handbrake works very well ;) ).

So forgive my noob-ish question but what does this monkey puzzle involve? Is it just meeting up at a pub in Chessington or is there something else involved?

Doh don't think I can make this, as I'll probably be getting the car MOT'd or if it's not quite ready for that, helping finish off the work that's currently being done on it.
Would have been a good celebration drive though, as this work has been on the cards for aaaaaages!.....

....Subframe bushes, diff bushes, lower arm bushes, gearbox mount, service, other little bits here and there, and back to lots of boost hopefully!:nod:
