im coming from eastleigh so anywhere is good for me to meet? I would normally go straight up the M3 but can divert to the A3 if its easier for you guys ?

Im up for meeting somewhere on the M3 i think Namelezz might be coming from andover to. So we could meet somewhere easy to find like Tescos at winnal roundabout at winchester maybe. Thats if you go the M3 route rather than the A3

what about fleet svcs? not sure if thats convinient for everyone? I think i have a mate in a civic type R coming up from bournemouth with me also (and a volvo T5 estate but we wont say any more about that lol but he does carry my spare wheels for me)

yeah only way to get a good time i think. im going back to standard suspension and 17's with 255 45 tyres. only cheap tyres though. see what thats like then get some 888's for next time. getting serious now lol

yeah im just looking and wheel and tyre alternatives right now. If i still had my standard rear shocks i might try them out. the problem is that i also use the car for track work so cant put a dedicated drag setup on it without having to swap rear suspension every time?
i have to rin coilovers for my 13j rims so ill have to change suspension every time. its only 3 bolts to change the chock though. 5 mins max. worth swaping them for drag use i think. loads more squat.

Would have love to have gone and goined the high rear eand club. The drag radials have been sitting in the garage long enough. Cant make this one as the engine needs its remap, next time I'll be there with bells on

Im leaving Andover at 7.15 so should be at fleet for 8, my and namelezz are coming in the same car as we are both goin to be spectators for the day as we are both to scared of breaking our cars. see ya then

ha ha well my one looks ridiculous. ive got stock suspension and gash 17s. im setting a new trend. all ready to go though. ill be at the services at 8 too. see you all there. ill get some pics on the day.
it does work though. it drives so nasty but grip is much better even in the damp. im happy

Did anyone go up in a black 14a, I saw one driving the other way when i was passing pod earlier today. If it wasn't raining i'd of dropped in myself.

yeah the white one is redlinezak's. he isnt running the full power he has at the moment i dont think. 300ish rings a bell.

yeah i think nathan said he is running 305bhp at the moment. i was a good day i lost my 1/4 mile virginity. even it it was a bit slow and out of control :D

Was good day until the weather played up. We waited around for an hour and a half after you guys went and then it stopped. Took them an hour or so to dry one lane and then the y opened the track again. I must have been about 10th in the queue (one lane). Managed to get my run in (snaking all the way to a stunning 14.8) and then the heavens opened again and tgame over.
Still i managed a 13.1 which is equal to my best ever and learnt some more stuff about the car. Would have really liked to get into the 12's but couldnt quite manage it.
Gander i gotta say i didnt manage to see one run but from when i LET YOU PAST:wack:on the dual carriageway on the way up the car seemed awesome so glad you got some times you were happy with.
Will have to do it again sometime and hope for some beter weather.

ha ha you were not trying your hardest on the duel :nod:. dont forget i got nearly 200hp on you and my car is lighter.
im really up for any days now . have to look at the dates and get one lined up. im without my car now for a few weeks. :(.

oh ok then fine your cars quicker LOL would be interested to see how much lighter you are actually . You have perspex windows all round dont you ? Apart from that i dont think there will be too much in it.
I wouldnt mind actually going to one of the proper test n tune days. They are a bit more expensive but numbers are limited and the track prep is higher?
Im not too sure how many sundat RWYB days there are now as the season statrs pretty soon.
i have lexan rear window, rear quater windows, carbon roof, carbon boot, carbon bonnet all frp wings and bumpers. also my boot build is a lot lighter without the standard petrol tank.

Im up for another day but it will have to be next month as i need to save my pennys for some good tyres this month. i think i have now got the bug, i cant wait to go again. just out of interest what is a reasonable time for a s14a with all stage 1 mods apart from the chip?? so i know what to aim for next time i go there.

I got 2 seconds to make up then. i had better get practicing my launches. I did have both cats on the car as it's just been mot'd so i will use that as my excuse for now :rolleyes: I will have the decats back on there this weekend hopefully.

i might try and get up again next month as pretty busy this month now.
I got a 13.2 with full stage 1 mods with stripped interior car was running 286 bhp at that point.
Thats whay i was hoping for a 12 second run with 300ish but hey powers not everything:)
