View Full Version : worst thing you'v done to a car!!
for me it's this:eek:
now bear this in mind,i'm17 it's my first car
and i thought the extra aerial looked cool:o
the good old days
:D :D :D :D
what about you,
Worse thing I ever did to a car was roll it, brand new Mazda 626 6 miles on the clock:eek:
Oh, you mean mods ;)
Err, my first car, a 1964 Austin 1100, I hand painted it lime green, with a matt black bonnet, boot and roof.........
Seemed like a good idea at the time:rolleyes:
i stuck a pioneer sticker on my rear windscreen of my old sunny...
im sorry:(
i also stuck tweetie bird mudflaps on the same car...
im even more sorry:(
erm, i then stuck a halfords bolt on tailpipe trim for looks and noise...
im really sorry...:(
i also stuck some sort of bird transfer on smoking a cigar above the fuel filler...
im really REALLY sorry...:(
i tinted my indicators..it went wrong and bubbled...
/matt kills himself with a shot to the head:eek:

Reversed the mighty 200 round the corner into my garage but went INTO my garage.
F**ked the bumper, the rear pannel and cracked the light; right mess. Felt decidedly peeved.
Anyway, rubbed the bumper down (the foamy plastic had sprung back into shape), tapped out the dents with a hammer and bit or wood, finished it with filler, spent 6 hours with glass paper to get it perfect, sprayed it (primer, nissan paint, Nissan laquer) and streuth, you'd not know.
Just goes to show. I've never done anything like that before but it was a piece of piss.
That said, I tried changing the oil and cos it's so compact/low, it took me two hours...
Oh, Modifications...sorry...
>i also stuck tweetie bird mudflaps on the same car...
Noice!
Hmmm....
I put white stick on stripes on windscreen washer arms once
And moved a spare wheel on a ciroen visa from under the bonnet to the boot 'for better weight disribution
And...umm.... [sotto voice] put a gutter mount CB arial on a car

well I am responsible for the worlds blackest Mini, it was pea green so I painted it with matt black spray cans, I did'nt even wash it before i did this tho, so I had to carry a can of paint around with me for every time I went over 40mph and big sections of paint flaked off :) it had black windows, that u couldn't see through atall, and black wheels, I even bent a peice of sheet metal into a 8" wide oval and welded it to my center exit back box :D, oh and it had an 18" boxed subwoofer in the boot, and for those of u that have owned mini's u know how much of a mission fitting a sandwich box in there is :D I made up for it tho as I am mostly responsible for what was probably the nicest looking mini in the entire world :) (was my 2nd Mini ;) )

Ahhh those were the days :D
i think the funniest, most blatantly stupid and useless thing in which i showed an inordinate amount of pride was.

You ever bring down any overhead power lines with those arials Bigtone? :p
I once considered putting Foliatec stick on carbon film on all the black trim on my Honda. Thankfully I saw sense.
