My mate is selling one at the moment after 3 years of ownership.
Nice cars - I think they are slightly quicker than that to 60. His now handles as he's put billies on it too. need to be revved but then that's the SR20 DE for you!
He wants about 700quid if you are interested!
I may very well be interested, I want a saloon though - if it is can you pm me with details
Cheers Jim :)

Unfortunately it's a hatch mate - I think he's still got it . just put 12 months ticket on it too.
Why do you want one?
Yeah, I have been thinking it would might be a good idea to have a second car as the 200 is starting to cost a fair bit. And after much consideration I reckon a P10 Gt would be spot on - although I might struggle with the insurance.
But I should be able to pick up a decent j plate for about the 700 quid mark, so am starting to look out for one.
What colour is ur mates ?

OK - It's a grey K plate with about 180K on it. It uses no oil and you could get a house in it!
Thinking about it it may be a J
It's got bilstein rear dampers and I think pirelli P600's all round. Nice seats and interior. Will do lots to the gallon and I think has about a 7600rpm red line!;)
Cheers Jim, but I think 180k is pushing it a bit though. I dont want ot start having to shell out on my second car aswell :)

I had a p10 eGT before my 200
Great cars, massive amount of space compaired to the 200, and even though they are driven through the wrong wheels they are still a superb drivers car.
Mine had eibachs and 16" wheels and cornered superbly, not a lot of roll and plenty of grip. They are quick rather than fast, ie 8 and a bit to 60 and a top of near 140, yes it needs to be revved but a redline of over 7 and a half thousand is handy does sound a bit gruff though. I managed to break a drive shaft in mine as well as obliterating a clutch but then it had done 90 thousand miles. It's still running about the town, has an exhaust on it now and god knows what else but is still going strong by the looks of it.
The old ones were the eZX without the cat, Egt had one and 148 bhp if i remember correct

Thanks for the consideration, Jacko :D
58bhp is mighty tempting, though, don't you agree?
Well of course ;) , but like I said, if you were to only drive around in the 200, then to be honest mate, you'd just get bored :D :D :D

P10 will be an eGT, I've had a late one (P reg) for nearly four years now.
Gone from 40K to 105K in that time.
Servicing, tyres, new clutch(95K!) and new rad & water pump(100K) so far. Not bad as it gets a lot of abuse :D
Good to drive for a fwd hatch. Big inside and comfy on long journeys. Fuel good on a long run but nothing special around town.
Not many around with reasonable mileage most of the ones I looked at around Cardiff & Bristol had 120K on them then. I'd certainly consider a later(P11) GT to replace it when the time comes.
