What about the Fiat Multisplat? Don't you just want to get out n give the driver a slap (perferably somewhere where it hurts)? It's still in production! Yeuch!
How dare such a company buy-out Ferrari!?!?

Mad bloke who I used to bump into at the local garage had one of them FSO Polonez'. He used to do mad stuff like tape boxes of BBQ firelighters to his forehead. He had a photograph of a horse sellotaped to the front of the Polonez and used to claim it could beat "any car" off the lights. Including a Ferrari (we asked him at the time).
Just thought I'd share that with you.

A couple of things unless its been modified
a) its a 2.9
b) its not a turbo but a NA V6 that pushes out 200ps
:p :D
It amazes me that some of these vehicles get past the design stage...
This means that a group of people looked at the drawings and said, "yes we like that, lets put it into production"
The person who thought the redesign of these headlights needs a slap too....

shat my pants when i witnessed one of these trying to overtake a artic on a somerset b road
Def agree with all cars on here especially the scorpio but more so the saloon, the back end is like a baboons arse, cosworth or no cosworth under the hood. looking at the feeccckkkin thing just makes you want to get the sledge hammer out and sort it out. I think it must have been an american designer or something:)

It is a 2.9 mate you're quite right, I was just rounding it up. And believe me it's a Cossie turbo alright :D It's the "Ultima" version which has all the leather, heated seats electric everything etc, and has a 2.9 Turbo Cossie lump as standard. 225BHP.
EDIT: From looking around the Net mate I'm thinking you're right in that it didn't have a turbo as standard. But his definately does have one. So did the one he had for three months before buying this one  This one he's got is an M reg Ultima that he got with 20K on the clock in January off some old bloke that had used it once a week or something. But both of the ones he's had have had turbos. Maybe he's just been lucky and found some factory modded ones or something

I think the Scorpio was Ford's first attempt at the global car and they were aiming it at the American market as well as the rest of the world. Not sure if they ever sold any in the States but the Focus is doing quite well out there so they must have learnt something.
does no-one else think it's a sad state we're in when you can't pick more than a dozen (truely) ugly cars in current production:(
Since the 'jelly mould era', began cars are so much of a muchness the only ones highlighted as ugly are just 'different' (eg Aventime... Multipla...erm... that other big Renault:o )
And as for the princess... surely this is uglier

Hateful from every angle
makes sence was designed in the same building as where they styled the land rover lol :D
They were certainly looking to cut costs, I mean they only gave teh designers a pencil, big piece of paper and a Ruler :D :D

Found an interesting site the other day dedicated to former Soviet and Russian cars. http://sovavto.cjb.net
I thought the Russian car industry consisted of Lada and nothing else. But no, the Lada was actually one of the better made ones
A nice Moskvitch

Another one - "luxury sedan" version

A Volga M24 (ideal for bundling dissidents in the back for interrogation purposes)

Any Daewoo model is pretty ugly E.G.
