I've got Matt, 200sxs13 down from the West Country so far.
This is a good track oppertunity. This was my first ever track day last year and it totally rocked. (There was oil and rain everywhere:wack: )
I also wanted to use it to get some practice in before Japfest!
Chav free Japfest
Oh god!!! please get me down!!!

LOL! Yeah it is actually. Some excellent cars there last year.
Oh god!!! please get me down!!!
Done!! I really don't think there'll be a problem with getting the full 12 stand spaces, but will leave them as pending until I do have confirmation from Combe though just to be on the safe side and avoid dissapointment.

Good luck with the car, stand spaces may have been reserved by then, it's filling fast. However entrance and track passes should still be available.

Yep, have picked up on that. I've amended both the Haynes thread and the Performance Car Action Day thread with the members prices.

All stand and track spaces are gone.
I can arrange for an advanced entrance ticket, but as we have passed the first cut off date, Combe put the prices up slightly to £8. (£2 quid cheaper than on the day still).
All the club track passes I have been allocated have already been reserved. Club track passes were limited to fully paid up members only due to the limited passes clubs could apply for.
Public track passes should still be available from Combe, so you may like to approach them direct. (The main thread for this event is in the motorsports section. Follow the link in the first post. The details for Castle Combe are on the first post of that thread).

Steve, i may have to pull out of the track slot :( (which may be beneficial to someone else who wants it :)) as i dont think the car will be prep'd in time. I will still come and be on the stand if thats ok as went last year and it's a great days viewing :)
Will this cause any issues? I've not paid anything yet..
I should post this in the proper thread i guess.

Not a problem at all. You'll still be keeping your stand space I presume?
Unfortunatly it won't help KoukiS14a as the club passes were for paid up members only due to the limited amount of passes available to the club.
I can arrange for an entrance pass and he can still arrange a track pass through Combe direct:thumbs:

No stand spaces left I'm affraid, however I can now get more track passes. They are at the increased price though. £30.
I'll properly organize the thread at some point this week and get a clear list of who has booked what.
If anyone does want additional track passes now please add you name on the thread.

I now have the tickets!!! Anyone going, please PM me your address and I can get the tickets sent out to you once payment has been received.
Payments:
events@sxoc.com
Also remember to add your prefered track time to the thread. The various track slot times are filling fast.
I can bring tickets to the Longwell meet this Saturday (11th), but would prefer payments made to the club account if all possible.

Hero of the day award goes to Rory for distributing fresh cooked bacon sarnies from the boot of his 14a!:thumbs:
112 photo's are now uploaded. I'll link them in on the thread in the Motorsports section.
On-board footage has come out well too. Apart from Voodoo's Mrs kept phoning me. The phone was in the car somewhere just ringing away which kind of ruins the footage. (I've now got to edit the expalitives)
Found out afterwards that she was trying to phone me to say they were going to arrive later in the day. - I DONT CARE. They knew what time I was going round track.......:rant::rant: In fact it was so stupid I can only think they were doing it for a joke.:(
Jim, I'm surprised you didn't give your car a quick rinse down when we got there. I did (using your bucket:thumbs: ), then went out on track and it stayed clean. I think all the crud down the side of your car was from that farm road back route we took to get to Combe:wack: And yes, those cossies were a bit shiney.
Mmmm, bacon sarnies!
