View Full Version : Anybody breaking an S13

Is anybody in the local area breaking an S13??

I'm after a few parts,

Lower arm & tension rod, both on drivers side.

only problem being that it will uh.. imobilse the car......

I will come and remove the parts. Can anybody help???

As to not imobilise cars I can bring my old lower arm (slighty bent) and a bit of twisted metal to use as a traction arm as to not completely imoliblse breakers.

Can anybody help :confused:

as the rear subframe is not much use to me as I already have a spare, I can supply any parts you need Tech

if you need the lower arm and tension rod, I can supply both as I am not using the rear subframe from my parts car..

Tech needs the FRONT lower arm and tension rod btw

the piece of twisted steel he is onabout is something i made up from flat bar.

Its the same lenghth as a tension rod and drilled accordingly and bolts in place of a tension rod so that who ever takes these bit from thier car can still fit techs bent lower arm and this 'fabbed' up tension rod so as not to immobilise their car ;)

I have the front tc arms for a s13 somewhere, They may be in my boot when it gets light I will have a look for you :thumbs:

I'm in work from 20:30 onwards your welcome to grab it from me in work
I work at the Highwayman Security compound in Fonmon.

I'm the only one there so just pop over if you want it:thumbs:

You can have the bottom arm off one of mine if you want tech :nod: As long as I can get the shell onto a spec lift it doesn't really need to roll much :no:

Back to this after a while lol......

Managed to sort the parts i really needed but 1 bit which I borrowed is needed back, so crowbar, do you still have the tc arms???

Also the final part i need to source is the crossmember (front, lower) so if anybody has the part or is planning on breaking soon let me know :D

I'm sure i've read before that a fron crossmember (Chassis under radiator???) is quite a cheap part bought new,as i think most of the ones on cars have a lot of rust to start with,can't help more than that though sorry! :thumbs:

Bump on this. been away for a bit so not sure if there are any local S13's breaking at the mo. car no sat in garage slowly getting bits done so could really do with the crossmember now :D
