Anybody had and crank work done by them, I've had helicoils put in heads before but I just emailed them asking for a rough idea on price for regrinding on a 200sx crank and this was the reply


No longer grind motor cycle crankshafts.
Tyr M C Motror cylcles in Glasgow

Nissan 200sx = motorbike, they really know their stuff:rolleyes:

Can't help mate but :rolleyes: :rolleyes: about the bike!

If they specialise in car crank work but haven't heard of a 200sx then I wouldn't be too keen.

well they heard it was a rocket so just assumed it was a bike......... obviously.

So the crank is gubbed then?

y not phone the wee place?

That the place next to the hospital?

If so, I had my Sierra CVH head skimmed and PT'ed there a few years ago. Job was done well and quickly. Doesn't really relate to ure crank job wise tho!

I'm gonna ask the bloke at blane.
The cranks got some scoring on it not much but I'm gonna let him look at it ask his opinion.
