Membership Paid - need number for insurance :)

Ive PM'd Dr.Bob but i understand there has been a change in responsibilities? so im not sure who to ask this question to - so hopefull someone will be able to answer :)

i appreciate it take time to process the applications, esp at xmas!

i need my membership number to submit to my insurance company, i paid a little while ago and filled in the form as instructed. if there is any issue with my submission let me know but i kinda need the number asap :)
