just a word of waning to anyone using the ring road the section outside aspects is 50mph, got done for doin 60mph on an empty dual carrageway at 11.30 pm apparently coppers are there for a couple of weeks doin average speed checks, £60 fine and 3 points then

I use the ring road every day and haven't experienced any average speed checks or pulling over... think im just lucky at the moment as everyone else seems to be getting pulled over. The only police ive seen on the ring road is the mobile van at downend...

I spotted them yesterday sitting at the end of the roundabout heading away from Aspects, its a 50mph zone so they trying to catch people out
