DON'T USE FENSPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It all started when i wanted a inlet manifold for my twin 40's, i thought £167 is a bit pricey but if it does the job and i get it tomorrow then hey..
Phoned the up and they had one in stock, asked me if it was the small or big port head and they were told a BIG port head, so i odred it and it turned up the next morning as a SMALL port head , so i contacted them and they explained that they mixed it up blah blah blah and if i sent it back at my expense!! they swap it so i did cos i was getting desperate!!
Two days later my inlet manifold turned up and low and behold it 's a small port !!!!! i phoned them up and they told me that the large port wasn't availible anymore and they havent had one for about 6 months, so i would have to grind it out to match my head , £167 and i would have to modify it, dont think so !
Once again sent back with a letter of complaint explaining it had cost me £13 in postage etc and ive still not got what i ordered.
Two days later no contact was made so i phoned them up and asked if it had turned up "hang on i 'll just check" was the response. I asked them to send me a set of SAMCO collent hoses that they have got in stock and credit the difference, "no probelm sir" was the answer. And the next day a samco box arrived at my place of work WITH ONLY ONE HOSE IN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i phoned them AGAIN and 9 weeks later i havent got my top hose and not once have Fensport contacted me. ABSOLUTE W@NKERS.
I ended up buying the manifold from the www.rawengineering.co.uk for £99 who are the most helpful people i've come across, there not just intrested in your credit card details!!
What happened to customer service ??????
