CA18DET Head needed desperately in Swansea

Pulled my engine apart today and the head is goosed. So im looking for a head for a CA18DET, I dont need plenum or inlet or exhaust manifolds. cams would be nice though.

Looking for as cheap as possible or can swap for an S13 LSD diff. The closer to Swansea, the better :(

good point, im after one with both cams to be fair so i can chuck the exhaust cam in I have kicking around here...

also would you happen to have a rocker cover (oil filler cap side) as some numpty down the line has overtightened one of the bolts and one of the fixing lugs has snapped off.

Everytime I go to do more work on the car, I keep finding more and more wrong with it. grrr

original please, i have just polished my timing belt cover and it would look a bit ott with everything shiny. Condition of paint isnt important as I am repainting the other one anyway :)
