Im about to change the oil in my transmission. Anyone got any recommendations or products to avoid for manual gearbox oil and diff oil?

Cheers

Apparantly they dont like anything too thin. After a recommendation from a man in the know, I was advised that a lot of the synthetic oil is overpriced and to use Fords own MT75 transmission oil. Its the stuff used on the Cosworths and RS's, its fully synthetic and very cheap.

Im not sure. Probably not. Its branded as Ford's own. Most dealers ive dealt with will give you stuff at trade price if you are taking it away, though.

I was only about £12 for enough for the transmission change.
