It's WWE, you troglodyte ;) they lost their court case to the World Wildlife Fund and had to rename ..
OMG!!!
That gun is too
Although the commentators and the bloke Jesse himself are a load of tossers!
Dave
Maybe it's the framerate of the clip.
Maybe it's the limitations of my humans eyes.
But that gun looked WAY off 5000 rounds a minute. Looked more like 600.
Regarding a REAL gun, however, did anyone see the TV footage of the A-10 strafing the building in Iraq? Jesus, the sparks coming off the impacts there were HUGE.

It does fire some stupid number of rounds per second, it's just that only say one in 10 or so are tracers, meaning that it looks like it's only firing 500-600 rounds per minute. I want to attach one of them to the top of a Range Rover or something and mop up the mean streets of Glasgow with it!
It finished up being in the state of your average nova boys car... put a big plastic wing on it, and it'll be fine :D
MMMM...... Tracers
That show is actually pretty cool. Jesse James is a well known bike builder in the states, he makes some NICE bikes. Plus hes married to a pron star.

An A-10 fires 30mm rounds so fast that they cant fire for too long or the jet will slow down so much the engine stalls. Thats a real gun.
If anyone wants footage of a gun test of the 30mm cannon, e-mail me and I will send it to you.

Dunno; if I was shooting video, I'd make it 1 in 2 tracer for effect.
The M134 minigun used in T2 and pred was on sale for $125000 a year or so ago, and that has the ROF stepped down to 650 a minute.
Good minigun footage in 'double trouble' (I think) too.
Fastest firing gun in the world = bullcack. There's faster. Some chap in Australia has a new concept that the navy are looking at for a phalanx system that leaves miniguns standing.
More good 30mm gun footage is in the video for symphany of destruction, when an old tank (T55?) is pictured getting chewed up big-style.

It is down to the frame rate as well. The gun fires rounds faster than the camera takes each frame so obviously wont be able to catch each round as its fired. I wonder if that why the mini-gun that Siranui mentioned had its ROF reduced, to make it more exciting on film?
Probably more to do with the fact that in both films it had to be fired from the hip, intead of being bolted very firmly somewhere :)
As well as recoil, rotary cannon also pack a large amount of torque, so another reason for a step down on the video might have been the strength of the mounting pintle.
Any more vids like that out there?

No motors in this..
Rather scary gun that can fire bullets at up to 1,000,000 rounds per minute

No, with the miniguns usual rate of fire, according to GE anything up to 10,000 rounds per minute, te recoil is several tonnes. Not even shwarzenegger could hold it and fire it.
Interesting thing tho.... The minigun, with batteries (it is electric) and ammo, weighs several hundred pounds. Could you fire it as well

American people carriers are getting more and more popular here aswell. They're huge!
Most of the time I only see one person in them aswell. I've never understood why people bother getting huge 4x4's or ppl carriers, which never have more than 2 ppl in them, when for the same money (or less) they can get a fvcking fast sports car.
impressive video, but i hate to sound like a grandad... Is that sort of stuff showed to the kids of america ? It's scarey that they are saying failure is unacceptable and the way to deal with it is get a big gun out
